Privacy and cookies
Last updated November 3, 2026
This site exists to show artworks, not to watch the people who see them. It requires no sign-up, uses no advertising or tracking cookies and sells no data. Here, in plain words, is the little that is processed and why, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

What is stored in your browser
The site uses only three records of its own, which store preferences and do not identify you:
- imbrech-locale (cookie): remembers the language you chose, for up to one year. It is only created if you switch languages.
- imbrech:intro (local storage): avoids repeating the welcome animation.
- imbrech:haptics (local storage): remembers whether vibration is on or off.
Since they only make the site work the way you chose, they do not require consent — which is why there is no cookie banner. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site, which pages are viewed and which countries and types of device they come from. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, builds no profiles and only shows aggregated figures that identify no one.
Technical access data
As with any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) receives technical connection data — such as IP address, browser and requested pages — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Apart from Cloudflare, which hosts the site, nothing from other companies loads on these pages: fonts are served by the site itself, and WhatsApp and Instagram only open when you tap their links.
When you get in touch or buy
If you write via WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we use what you send (name, number, message) only to reply and to arrange the purchase, commission or delivery. These conversations take place on the services you chose: WhatsApp and Instagram belong to Meta; email, to Google (Gmail).
When you pay by Pix, we receive what any Pix shows the recipient, such as the payer’s name. We keep sales records for the period required by law.
When online payment is enabled, this policy will be updated to include the payment service.
Why we process this data
To carry out your purchase or commission and the steps before it; to meet legal obligations, such as keeping sales records; and on the basis of legitimate interest for browsing preferences, aggregated statistics and site security (art. 7 of the LGPD).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent data. It only passes through the services mentioned above — Cloudflare, Meta and Google — some with servers outside Brazil, and only to provide the service you are using.
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you can request: confirmation that we process your data and access to it; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about whom it was shared with; and to object to processing (art. 18 of the LGPD).
Just write to imbrechpedro@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
If anything changes — for example, when online payment arrives — we will update this page and the date at the top.
