About the work
Black returns, now with violence. A frame tries to contain the figure, but the strokes cut through it, tangle and spatter the paper. When the structures that hold our identity together come into conflict, new ways of understanding ourselves emerge: rupture is not only destruction, it is also the beginning of a transformation.
